The location was fantastic and ideal, just a short walk from the mall. Lucky that it was not too far from Shake Shack, offering convenient food options. The breakfast was warm and outstanding, with a great selection including turkey sausage, having everything you could want.

The staff here are the absolute best - so friendly and genuinely nice 😊. The service was top-notch, and there's a great restaurant right on site. The studio suite was huge and the bathroom was super clean. Can't ask for more!

As bike riders, we were delighted with the hotel's spacious rooms, friendly staff, and comfortable beds and pillows. The view from our room was also amazing, and the hotel's location close to the Metro station made it convenient for us to explore the city. Additionally, the breakfast selection was delicious and the social hour on Monday-Wednesday was a pleasant surprise with its tasty food options. The hotel also provided excellent wifi service, and the shuttle drivers were kind and accommodating. The hotel's amenities, including the indoor pool and cold brew coffee, added to our enjoyable stay.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Checking in and out was quick and easy. The airport shuttle is very convenient, although taking the last one to the hotel was a close call. The short walking distance to the Pentagon City Mall and the short shuttle drive to the airport makes the location very convenient. The room was spacious, including a kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and a small dinner table. The sitting area was very comfortable. The room was well organized, well furnished, and very clean. I enjoyed my stay and will return next time I visit DC.

Our only complaint was Sunday breakfast was packed with people and staff had a hard time keeping up. There was not enough tables and chairs. During the week breakfast was wonderful and relaxing.

The staff were fantastic. We had been traveling 20+ hours from New Zealand to get there and all we wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed but figured arriving at 8.30am all we'd be able to do was drop our bags and have to kill most of the day before we could check in. Not only we're we able to go straight to our (very nice and spacious) room, they even offered us complimentary breakfast, when we hadn't even stayed the previous night! I have never experienced such great customer service from a hotel. Also, when asked for a restaurant recommendation they made a dinner booking for us and when we arrived at The Chart House in Alexandria we were treated like VIP's. We had the best table in the house, complimentary dessert and personalized menus. Plus the food was amazing. It was a really great night. Though it was a lot more money than we had intended to spend on a hotel, it was worth it for the quality of the hotel and the fantastic service.
